Mō mātou | About Us

Te Tūao Tāwāhi | Volunteer Service Abroad, a Charitable Trust, is New Zealand’s largest and most experienced volunteering agency working within international development. We partner with businesses, governments, and organisations located here and abroad to send volunteers on overseas assignments. Your mahi for VSA can create new opportunities for people that will ripple across communities for generations to come.

  • Confidence in speaking te reo and be comfortable supporting any initiatives to grow staff confidence in speaking and understanding tikanga and kawa.

  • Proof in the design and implementation of the strategy (Diversity or broader organisational strategy).
  • Capability of reviewing existing practices and processes and making recommendations to adapt these to ensure a more successful work environment for Maori.
